PHD Ghana discovery bags distinction in M.A Global Media Management at UCA, UK

Desmond Danso Sakyi, popularly known as “Chiiief”; a media professional and staff at PHD Ghana has graduated from the Business School for the Creative Industries, UCA Epsom with a distinction in M.A Global Media Management.

Nearly a decade ago, Chiiief was selected to join the 2013 cohort of summer interns at PHD Ghana to pioneer the “SOTiVi”.

Chiiief’s pathway into the media and communications agency was an audition for the role of presenter for the Social TV series - SOTiVi” uploaded on YouTube.

He went on to get selected to play a lead role in the youth edutainment series “YOLO”. He has become an influential voice on youth-related issues across both traditional and digital media sharing both previous and current experiences via his social portals.

Winning the prestigious Chevening scholarship to study for the Master’s degree in the UK set the stage for Desmond’s career journey to make the leap from local to global.
