MaryMaud Charity Unveils Transformative Vision For 2024

The MaryMaud Charity Foundation, led by the esteemed Madam MaryMaud Ankobiah, has disclosed its extensive initiatives for the upcoming year, signaling a commitment to fostering lasting change within communities.

During an exclusive interview with the Executive Director, Madam Ankobiah highlighted the foundation's commendable accomplishments since its launch in August 2023 at the Village of Hope Orphanage in Gomoa Fetteh, Central Region. Notable achievements include the registration of approximately 500 children for free National Health Insurance Cards, guaranteeing their access to quality healthcare. Of significant note is the expansion of this initiative to encompass the entire township, offering subsidized fees for adults.

The foundation's unwavering dedication to community welfare was recently commemorated in a lively ceremony, marked by the appointment of sub-chiefs by the Omanhene of Gomoa Fetteh.

The event witnessed a cascade of generous contributions, ranging from frozen chicken and fish to essential items such as baby diapers, toilet rolls, washing powder, rice, Indomie, bottled water, fizzy drinks, biscuits, and second-hand clothing, etc for all age ranges.

Leadership from the Village of Hope orphanage expressed sincere gratitude, emphasizing the profound impact of these contributions, especially in the post-COVID-19 era. Their heartfelt plea echoed, urging individuals and entities alike to rally behind the MaryMaud Charity's vision to "Restore Hope and Transform Lives."

Madam Ankobiah articulated the foundation's comprehensive plan for the year, underscoring the pivotal role that corporate entities can play in championing the cause of the MaryMaud Charity.

The celebratory atmosphere was further enhanced by cultural performances from the Village of Hope Choreography group and the Nyameb3kyer3 Cultural Troupe from Gomoa Nyanyano. The executives of the MaryMaud Foundation were joined by dignitaries to cut a cake, officially launching the Foundation.

She also expressed her profound gratitude to some benevolent sponsors and donors of the MaryMaud Charity Foundation.
