After the staging of the classic George Quaye adaptation of J.B Priestly's "An Inspector Calls," in honor of the late Ekow Blankson the Inspector General of Police (IGP), Dr. George Akuffo-Dampari promised a protocol slot for any member of Ekow Blankson’s family willing to join the Ghana Police Service at the next police recruitment.

The play featured a stellar cast, including Fred Amugi, Akofa Edjeani, Jackie Ankrah, Naa Ashorkor, Fiifi Coleman, Roland Adom, Andrew Tandoh Adote, and many more. The stage set up was rich, lavish, and relevant to the status of Mr. Osei Poku, one of the play's central characters played by Roland Adom of Charterhouse Ghana.

The attendance at all four showings was impressive, with some very important people in attendance, including the Deputy Minister of Tourism, Arts, and Culture, Heads of Business, religious institutions, diasporans, and many more.

However, the promise made by the IGP was the highlight of the night during post-event conversations.
