Nonsense and stupidity no new district no development? 61 years gone Ghanaians are still in the Bush and the Zongo living conditions can someone tell that man to visit Equatorial Guinea Rwanda and Mauritius

Too many Districts Looking at this from the outside seems lauderble,but for goodness sake, this is a small community with one major road and about 3 miles to Garu which is a district and a constituency. So how do you create 2 district capitals
