Let no one make a mistake, NDC is still a vibrant political force -Ade Coker

Contrary to the thinking and comments by some opposition elements in the country, the Greater Accra regional chairman of the ruling National Democratic Congress (NDC) Joseph Ade Coker has said that ‘’the spirit of the NDC is like an evergreen tree which never whither.’’

He said, those who thought that the NDC is dead and buried should have a rethink because the party is as strong as it was in its formative days. ‘’the NDC has always been strong we agree to disagree and call us anywhere the action is and we shall be there.’’ Ade said.

Speaking to radio gold after the Ayawaso West Wuogon primaries in Accra stated that, the energy of the NDC party could not be over emphasized and could be mistakes on the part of people to think that the ruling party is dogmatic.

‘’This time we are going to make a lot of surprises in the Gt. Accra region, and I can assure you that the Greater Accra votes would increase its performance by 90 %.

The Greater Accra regional chair of the NDC ascribed the peaceful and successful primaries of the parties orphan constituencies to the disciplined nature both supporters and delegates exhumed during the process.

‘’you could see that the elections had gone on successfully everybody was given a fair playing field, and I am happy the results have been accepted by everybody. Now the battle ahead is operation win all seat sat the next elections. We have no other occupation but to ensure we win the next elections because we are indeed delivering on the better Ghana agenda.’’ He said.

He described the defeat to the minister of food and Agriculture Kwesi Ahwoi at Agona East and former information minister Zita Okaikoi as a blessing in disguise. He further stated that, ‘’the younger generation’’ are given way to the youth, and it is in accordance with the presidents pledged to give the youth an ‘’opportunity’’ to serve it is ‘’very healthy’’ as future party functionaries are being unearthed.

Joseph Ade Coker conceded that the candidates who won the just ended primaries are professionals and competent enough to win all the seats for the NDC.

‘’I am extremely excited with the selection, they have my blessings and together we shall overcome’’ Added concluded.
