Fear Grips Hon. Albert Kwasi Zigah

We have noted with great concern that the MP for Ketu South Constituency, Albert Kwasi Zigah has petitioned the National Head Office of the NDC that 1.Hon Fifi Fiavi Kwetey 2.Hon.Samuel Okudzeto Ablakwa 3.Hon.Elvis Afriyie Ankra and Hon. Ludwig Akpene Hlordzie came to his constituency on the 22nd April 2011, to campaign for Hon. Fifi Fiave Kwetey, the Deputy Minister of Finance to contest for the MP seat of the Ketu South Constituency.

We wish to register with concern that Hon. Albert Kwasi Zigah’s conduct is most unfortunate and disappointing hence his petition lacks substance and veracity. To set the records straight, the aforementioned government functionaries were extended an invitation to a program organized by the CONCERNED YOUTH ORGANIZATION-3 TOWN,DENU on a capacity building seminar dubbed ”NATIONAL TRANSFORMATION-THE ROLE OF THE YOUTH OF THE 21ST CENTURY”. In this regard, the seminar aimed at harnessing and tapping the potentials, wisdom, perseverance and experiences of these people since they are also full of youth exuberance and doing remarkably well in championing and pursuing THE BETTER GHANA AGENDA.

We want to reliably inform the whole of Ketu South Constituency and the entire nation that Hon. Albert Kwasi Zigah was equally invited to the said seminar by Israel Tornyeviadzi Bossman, the Ag. Chairman of the organization. Hon. Zigah declined the invitation with the reason that he had some other engagements to attend to on that said date but was spotted at the venue in unofficial Vehicle. We therefore would like to inform the entire Ketu south constituency and the NDC that Hon. Albert Zigah lied through his teeth and should therefore bow his head down in shame.

In addition, we want to state unequivocally and crystal clear that Hon.Fifi Fiavi Kwetey and his three colleagues have never took advantage of this seminar as a campaign platform since they are adhering strictly to the party’s rules and regulation governing time for campaign. And in consonance with the seminars’ structures, they did follow the very tenets of the program and theme of the seminar.
