Ghanaian media personality Ewura Adams Karim has picked up nomination forms to contest the position of Deputy National Communications Officer of the National Democratic Congress (NDC).
Karim, who formally declared his intention to contest on October 28, 2026, has pledged to strengthen the party’s communication strategy, empower grassroots communicators and enhance its ability to counter opposition propaganda.
Describing his decision as one driven by gratitude, conviction and a deep sense of duty, Karim said the NDC has played a significant role in shaping his upbringing, values and political identity.
“I was conceived an NDC fetus, born an NDC baby, grew up an NDC child,” he declared.
He attributed his political upbringing to his parents, whom he credited with instilling in him the values of service, sacrifice and unwavering commitment to the NDC.
Highlighting his credentials for the position, Karim pointed to his extensive experience in public speaking, student leadership, broadcasting and international engagements.
His leadership journey includes serving as Utility Prefect at T.I. AMASS, Ashanti Regional Students' Representative Council (SRC) Vice President and Speaker of the SRC General Assembly at the University of Ghana, where he was also recognised as the Most Influential Student.
He also participated in the National Independence Debate and the African Union at 50 debates, emerging as a runner-up.
