Let's intensify the house-to-house campaign

New-Edubiase (Ash), Aug 20, GNA - The New Patriotic Party (NPP) Constituency Chairman for New-Edubiase, Mr Prince Anfo Boahen, has called on members of the party to intensify their house-to-house political education campaign to broaden the party's support base ahead of the 2012 election.

He told the GNA in an interview that they should help the voters to understand the party's ideology to win them over.

Mr Boahen said having successfully gone through the presidential primary, the job now was to canvass for more votes to give the party resounding electoral victory in the coming election.

They should all therefore accept to work hard and must be prepared for the necessary sacrifices.

He said he was confident that Ghanaian voters would return the NPP to power given the poor performance and failed promises of the ruling National Democratic Congress (NDC).

He said he would wrest the constituency parliamentary seat that has been held by the NDC since 1992.
