I am ready to work if given the chance

Jacobu (Ash), Jan. 28, GNA - Mr Edward Kwame Enning, the eight-month old District Chief Executive (DCE) for Amansie Central has expressed his intention to continue with the work if given the chance by Professor Mills's administration. He said "I will wholeheartedly accept the position and work assiduously for the sake of the district and the nation at large.

Speaking to newsmen at Jacobu in his office on Monday, the DCE said he was still at post following the directives from President Professor Evans Atta Mills that all DCE' s should remain at post for further instructions. He said "I am free with everybody in the district no matter the person's political affiliation, and I am also free with the Member of Parliament (MP) of the area and we do things in common at all levels.

I have been an Assembly Member since 1998 and if I am removed from Office, I will come back as an Assembly Member to help build the Assembly and the community". Mr Enning said.
