Your Vote Is Crucial – Alan

Space FM, Japekrom - Mr. Allan Kyeremanteng, a member of the Nana Akufo Addo’s campaign team has said this year’s election is crucial to the nation to determine its future development and subsequently called on Ghanaians to retain the NPP in the December polls.

Mr. Alan Kyeremateng called on the electorate not to gamble with their votes during the elections and added that a vote for the NPP is a vote for development, good governance, freedom of speech and rule of law.

Mr. Kyeremateng made the call when addressing the chiefs and people of Japekrom in the Jaman South District as part of the Brong-Ahafo campaign tour of Nana Addo Dankwa Akufo-Addo, Flagbearer of NPP.

He said never in the history of this country has Ghanaians benefited from such tremendous development than under the NPP government adding that available records in road construction and expansion of education infrastructure are commendable.

He described the election as a champion of champions which the NPP would win because of its good policies and programmes. Mr. Kyeremanteng said “This year’s election is not about talking, we have to put our achievements in the public domain for the electorate to make the best choices for themselves.”

He said the acquisition of 600 million dollars for the construction of Bui Dam to supply electricity to the north is ample evidence of government’s commitment to the socio-economic development of the country.

He added that government has imported more than 1,000 metro buses to help ease transportation problems facing the public and urged Ghanaians to conduct themselves properly and avoid being misused by politicians to create confusion during Election 2008.

Ace actress, Grace Omaboe noted that the NDC created unemployment with their bad policies but fortunately for Ghanaians, the NPP is addressing the problem through the National Youth Employment Programme. She added that the righteousness president Kufuor led to the discovery of oil and therefore urged the electorate to retain the NPP.

Madam Gloria Akufo, said NPP Government is human centred and has the welfare of Ghanaians at heart. She pledged government’s commitment to improving the living standards of the people through the formulation and implementation of prudent policies and programmes.

She appealed to the people in the area to vote for the NPP for further development.
