Kotoko Places $26,000 Tag On Adu Poku

Asante kotoko has placed a $26,000 (180,000,000 million cedis) price tag on their player Prince Adu Poku, who has expressed his desire to play for rivals Accra Hearts of Oak in the coming season.

According to the Board of Kotoko, the team would not stand in the way of any their players who wants to move for another club.

Accra Hearts of Oak, who are recruiting players for this years African Club competition have been following Adu Poku for the past year are bent on signing him on as a possible replacement for the expected transfer of their top stars to foreign clubs.

Hearts of Oak also claim the $26,000 tag on Adu Poku is unrealistic claiming that Prince hasn't shown the best of form after he was involved in a road accidents last year, before the league started.
