We need to restore hope, confidence of Ghanaians – Nana tells PCs

The Flagbearer of the opposition New Patriotic Party(NPP), Nana Addo Dankwa Akufo-Addo is meeting the party’s parliamentary candidates in all 275 constituencies across-board to strategize towards the November 7, polls at Koforidua in the Eastern region.

The meeting has in attendance National Executives, Regional Executives and running mate to the Flagbearer, Dr. Mahammudu Bawumia.

The meeting comes a day after, Nana Addo completed the first phase of his Volta regional tour.

Addressing the meeting, Nana Addo urged the gathering to work towards mobilizing every resource at their disposal to ensure victory in the November polls.

“The victory of the NPP later this year is a historic necessity,” he noted, adding “We need to put the nation back on the path of a brighter future.”

He continued:”…We need to restore hope and the confidence of the Ghanaian. If we can build the intellectual and technological properties of the Ghanaian, offer efficient, honest, public service; and create a favourable environment for private enterprise to thrive, we will surely free-up the Ghanaian to climb the ladder of prosperity and enhance the dignity of the Ghanaian people. This is the vision of the future that the NPP is putting forward- We have to bring it to life.”
