Sam Pyne’s appointment on Abattoir Board is an insult to him - Joseph Yamin

Mr. Samuel Pyne Mr. Samuel Pyne

Former Ashanti Regional minister Joseph Yamin says the ruling New Patriotic Party [NPP] has no respect for Mr. Samuel Pyne hence his appointment as a member of the Kumasi Abattoir Board.

He adds it’s an insult for the Akufo Addo’s government to offer the party’s Ashanti regional secretary a mere Abattoir appointment knowing very well his immense contribution to the party’s victory in the 2016 general polls.

According to the former deputy youth and sports minister, the Ashanti regional secretary of the ruling New Patriotic Party deserves better appointment than an ordinary Abattoir Board member appointment.

Speaking on Abusua Nkommo hiasted by Kwame Adinkra, Yamin described the appointment as an ‘’insult to Mr. Samuel Pyne.

‘’Kwame let me tell you Sam Pyne’s appointment on the Kumasi Abattoir Board is an insult to him because I feel he should have been handed a better appointment. Haven’t we seen ministers serving on several boards so what prevented the NPP for given him a deserving appointment far better than serving on Kumasi Abattoir Board where he’s only entitled GHS2000 allowance after meeting’’.

‘’Well I think Samy Pyne needs to buy more fridges to be able to preserve his meat since that is what the party he suffered for to win elections has decided to reward him with’’ added Joseph Yamin.
