PNC outdoors delegates congress roadmap

The National Standing Committee (NSC) of the Peoples’ National Convention (PNC) at its meeting held at the Party Headquarters in Accra on March 26, 2015 approved the roadmap leading to the National Delegates’ Congress.

Pursuant to that, NSC opines that the party has come a long way since 1992 and yet to garner sufficient votes to constitute government. Consequently, we have to embark on party organization in order to strengthen ourselves by electing capable executives’ at all levels, Polling Stations, Constituencies, Regional and National. It is against this backdrop that we must go into the 2016 election as very united and purposeful.

We must all be thinking of how we can deliver victory in 2016. That is why as members of the PNC; we owe it a duty to ourselves and to Ghanaians to:

a. Conduct ourselves in a manner to ensure that we do not bring the name of the Party into disrepute in this exercise

b. Be tolerant of each other’s opinion

c. Respect each other

d. Be disciplined in our approach to issues

e. Be each other’s keeper

The reason we are a Political Party is to win Political Power to develop Ghana and improve the lot of our citizens.

We urge the rank and file of our Party to be at peace with each other and regard the various level elections a significant step in our preparations towards victory in 2016 to govern Ghana.

We expect winners to be magnanimous and genuinely reach out to the losers and those who supported them. We call on the unsuccessful ones and their supporters to fully and unconditionally support the winners.

We are all in this struggle together for the redemption of the people of Ghana.

In this regard, we adopt the following as guide for our various level elections. This can be amended as at when new and formidable ways arises
