Mr Vincent Sowah Odotei, New Patriotic Party’s (NPP) Parliamentary Candidate for La Dade-Kotopon, on Thursday paid a courtesy call on Nana Addo Dankwa Akufo-Addo, the NPP flagbearer for the 2016 general elections in Accra.

The purpose of the visit was for the Parliamentary Candidate to introduce himself to Nana Akufo-Addo.

Nana Akufo-Addo congratulated Mr Odotei on his election, and appealed to him to unite the party in his constituency to work towards victory in the 2016 general elections.

The flagbearer acknowledged that report reaching him indicated that following the election of Mr Odotei, the La Dade-Kotopon Constituency had seen a revival among the constituents.

He urged the Parliamentary candidate to always have the bigger picture, which is the 2016 general elections in mind; adding that Ghanaians were yearning for a government which would give them decent living.

Mr Odotei, popularly known as Obama, a former Chief Executive Officer of the Accra Hearts of Oak and King Faisal Football Clubs, said it was a privilege and a great honour for him to share the same aspirations with the Flagbearer.

He said Nana Akufo-Addo had been a source of inspiration and motivation in the political arena for him.

He assured Nana Akufo-Addo that he and his constituent would work hard to secure victory for him in the 2016 general elections.

Mr Odotei was accompanied by his wife, Naa Aklerh Priscilla Odotei, the Constituency Executives, and members of the Council of Elders.
