No matter what, there'll be a new Gov’t in 2017 - Abu Ramadan

National Youth Organizer of the People’s National Convention (PNC), Abu Ramadan holds the conviction that Ghana is going to be in the hands of a new political administration after the 2016 general elections.

According to him, there is every indication in this last 2 years of the administration of President Mahama that the country’s destiny has fallen into wrong hands.

Speaking on Oman Fm’s Morning Show, Abu Ramadan believes that God will lay his hands on Ghanaians to reclaim the soul and spirit of the country in the 2016 elections from the ruling National Democratic Congress (NDC).

His reason for this deep-seated conviction is that President Mahama’s government has failed to deal with the numerous cases of corruption he is saddled with, neither has he been able to retrieve debts and dubious payments made to some institutions and individuals, hence impoverishing the citizens.

He maintained that the unprecedented drug trade and incompetent government officials under the Mahama-led administration, which have culminated in low productivity and high cost of living in the country, are enough to unseat the NDC government in the 2016 elections.

Without mentioning any particular political party, he insisted no matter how the NDC tries to convince Ghanaians with their propaganda and throw money about to buy votes in the 2016 elections, there will be a new administration to turn things around in the country.

“..2 years to the end of NDC government and in 2017 there will be a new government in place; as for that one, NDC can chew 1,000 bags of pepper but in 2016 God’s hand will fall on Ghanaians to reclaim the soul and spirit of this country. Monies which they have failed to retrieve will be retrieved and the names which they have withheld in the Nayele’s cocaine saga will come out,” he stated.
