NPP officials giving juicy contracts to only beautiful girls - Abronye DC

Brong Ahafo 1st Regional Vice Chairman, Kwame Baffoe Brong Ahafo 1st Regional Vice Chairman, Kwame Baffoe

Brong Ahafo first Regional Vice Chairman of the ruling New Patriotic Party (NPP), Kwame Baffoe, popularly known as Abronye DC is still seething in anger over the neglect by officials of the party accusing them of only servicing the interest of beautiful women by dolling juicy contracts to them.

He also faulted the party for failing to take care of him in terms of the award of contracts.

According to him, the sacrifices he has made to ensure victory for the party in the 2016 elections has gone unnoticed as he has been neglected by those that are supposed to sort him out. Venting his frustration at government appointees, Mr. Baffoe said such appointees instead of giving him contracts to do rather prefer to doll out pittances to him and turn back to report to President Akufo Addo that he’s being taken care of.

According to him, he is among those in the party who had to defer the courses in School to help prosecute the NPP agenda for election 2016, adding that government appointees who are supposed to know better have become very selective in their approach to the award of contracts.

“Once, someone called me to come for a contract and when I got there it was a 50 thousand cedi Ghana contract. What is 50 thousand cedis?” he quizzed.

He accused the appointees of giving out the contracts to their girlfriends, at the detriment of party officials, swearing not to work for the party ever again.

“All the work that I did for the party, the resources that I used moving from one media house to the other was from my own pocket. I have never gone to the party office to sign for any money. So if they have not recognized all this, then I will also put my hands in my pocket and sit down” he said on Accra based Adom Fm and monitored by MyNewsGh.com.
