It is hereby announced for the benefit of the general public that the New Patriotic Party (NPP) is now officially registering franchisees who want to use the party’s logo for the production of various items for sale. The party has obtained and registered a service mark for the logo. Any unauthorised persons, companies or bodies who use the logo for commercial purposes without prior approval or license from the party (NPP) would be liable to legal sanctions.
