Mrs Mills hits the road

Accra, Sept. 15, GNA - Mrs. Naadu Mills, wife of Professor John Evans Atta Mills, NDC Leader and Presidential Candidate, will from Tuesday be actively supporting the campaign of her husband to reach out to Ghanaians with the NDC's message of building a better Ghana. Tomorrow, Mrs. Mills will takeoff from the Tuesday Market in Mamprobi, move to the Dansoman Market, and interact with the fishmongers at Chorkor and its environs, a statement from the Mills Campaign Office signed by Mr Koku Anyidoho, said.

It said on Wednesday, Mrs. Mills would be in the Odododiodoo Constituency where she will visit the Children's Hospital, before rolling out the "Better Ghana" message in the, Makola, Salaga and Agbogbloshie markets.

On Thursday, Mrs. Mills will be in the Weija Constituency, where she will spend time in some selected basic schools interacting with teachers and letting them know the plans that her husband and his team, given the chance, will roll out for teachers and the education sector. The statement said next week, the wife of the NDC Leader would be in some other constituencies in the Greater Accra Region where she will continue to meet with women's groups in particular and the electorate at large.

She will be sending the NDC's message of better Ghana, investing in people, creating jobs, expanding infrastructure, and how Professor Mills will lead a team that will manage the affairs of state in an, open, honest, truthful, humble and transparent manner. 15 Sept. 08
