Obodai sidelined for 2 weeks

Ajax youngster Anthony Obodai who made his first team debut for the Amsterdammers against Heerenveen last weekend, looks set to be sidelined for the coming two to three weeks after picking up a leg injury against AC Milan in the Champions League.

The 21-year-old Ghanaian midfielder was hit by a boot stud from Brazilian Cafu whilst trying to block his shot. The painful injury resulted in Obodai having to be carried off the field on a stretcher.
