It will be wicked for EC to rig 2024 elections, plunge Ghana into more hardship – Omane Boamah

The Director of IT and Elections for the opposition National Democratic Congress (NDC) has issued a barrage of stern warnings to the Electoral Commission over plans to rig the 2024 elections.

According to him, it would be wicked on the part of the Electoral Commission to rig the election considering the hardship the current government has plunged the people of Ghana into.

Dr. Omane Boamah, who made this known in a post shared via social media, said with the NDC’s Eagle Eye, they intend to douse any attempt by the Commission to subject the people of Ghana to further suffering by rigging the election.

He is of the view that the NDC will win the 2024 election in order to reset Ghana’s economy and put it on the right path to prosperity.

Read His Post Below:

My dedication and loyalty to HE John Dramani Mahama, our beloved party, the NDC, and Ghana, our motherland, drives me crazy when I sense the deliberate acts to rig the 2024 elections even before the first vote is cast.

Rigging this election in the face of unprecedented hardships, destabilized economy ($1 = Gh 15), massive unemployment, and unparalleled corruption is a no-no-no. It will not happen!

NDC will win this election to enable John Mahama to reset Ghana, create well-paying jobs for the youth through his 24-hour economy initiative, and punish corruption.

I trust that Parliament will act on the important petition for an independent bipartisan parliamentary inquiry into the conduct of the stolen BVR kits at the headquarters of the Electoral Commission under CCTV surveillance.

I also trust that through this imminent inquiry, the missing BVDs will be unraveled and the EC’s IT system will emerge strong and fit for the noble task ahead of December 7, 2024.

Note that the EC has yet to answer the 35 questions I posed at IPAC regarding the stolen biometric voter equipment (BVRs and BVDs).

I see 3+ demonstrations (Tamale, Kumasi, Accra, etc.) on the horizon.

Keep an Eagle Eye. If you see something, say something!
