The front of pro-New Patriotic Party (NPP) vigilante group, Invisible Forces is currently split following in-fighting with one faction aggrieved with the government over the fact they have been jobless since the party came into office and another claiming otherwise.

Whereas one faction has registered its preparedness to hit the streets in protest against the party for neglecting them and giving an ultimatum for their grievances to be addressed, another is of the view they have been well catered for and those beating war drums are just being greedy and selfish.

Members of the Ashanti Regional branch of the group have descended heavily on their Chairman, Abdul Karim Mohammed after he was reported to have given President Nana Addo Dankwa Akufo-Addo a 15-day ultimatum to provide them with jobs or incur their wrath

According to him during a press conference covered by MyNewsGh.com, members of the Invisible Forces in the Ashanti Region have been neglected by the government and the party as well and therefore called for the demonstration to drum home their concerns.

But a leading member of the Invisible Force widely known as Buokrom Tupac speaking on Abusua Fm morning show hosted by Kwame Adinkra said not a single member of the Invisible Force will join the so-called demonstration which is to be organized by the president of the vigilante group.

According to Buokrom Tupac, the majority of the members have benefited from the numerous flagship programs implemented by President Akufo-Addo administrations.

“Kwame as I am talking to you now we have members of the Invisible Force who have benefited from Youth in Afforestation program, Community Police, Nation Builders Corps (NABCO) and others. Government is performing well and we have to get time for the government to solve messes by the erstwhile former President Mahama administration. We won’t join any demonstration. If the President is organizing the demonstration, he can do it alone” he said.

Buokrom Tupac, however, accused the Ashanti Regional Chairman of the Invisible Forces Abdul Karim Mohammed of being greedy.

He said the Ashanti Regional Chairman of the Invisible Forces, Abdul Karim Mohammed receives not less than GHC3000 every month from his taxi station opposite Central Market in Kumasi.

All effort to get the Ashanti Regional Chairman of the Invisible Forces Abdul Karim Mohammed response proved futile.
