Effutu Municipality forms Inter-Party Dialogue Committee

Winneba (C/R), Feb. 5, GNA - A-27-member inter-party dialogue committee for Effutu Municipality headed by Mr. Anthony Oppong, the Electoral Commission Officer for the area, has been inaugurated to help promote peaceful elections in December.

The Committee is made up of representatives from the Municipal Assembly, political parties, Christian Council, Police, the Traditional Council, Muslim community, Tertiary Education Institutions Network (TEIN) of the National Democratic Congress and the Tertiary Education Students Confederacy (TESCOM) of the New Patriotic Party, both of the University of Education, Winneba.
