The National Vice Chairman, Oteng Anane, re-assured the party members on the leadership’s relentless support for grassroot programmes and activities. He encouraged members to continuously recognise the importance and need to renew party structures so as to make them more formidable, strong and disciplined. He further encouraged them to take advantage of the goodwill the party enjoys in the hearts of Ghanaians and be motivated by that for the political battle ahead against NDC and NPP.

Director Kosi Dedey provided clarity on the Party’s philosophy and belief talked about the uniqueness of the CPP and its distinction from the NDC and NPP ideologically and also the historical perspectives. He reiterated the need for members to maintain discipline and a true CPP character in order to enhance independence and credibility to the Ghanaian electorates. Many of the youth at the meeting wanted to know more from the party’s Director of Education about how they could spread the message of the significance of the CPP today in Ghana.

In stressing the importance of fundraising at the Constituency level, Dr. Fleisher encouraged all to contribute with any little they can raise to undertake their party activities. He explained to the members using historical examples how the CPP can enhance its strength if it undertakes organization in line with Nkrumah’s organisational principles.

The Constituency appreciated the visit from CPP Leaders, coming on the back of “Energising Organisational Packs” issued by the CPP National Secretariat to all constituencies in the country.

The conference was chaired by Mr. Jonathan Attoh. Constituency Chairman.
