  The health system is under colonization, black man colonizing his colleague black man, and that why till date there is no specialty for physician Assistant, to further you have to leave the profession as a physician Assistant.
  The regulator is doing nothing to make the profession attractive, sabotage everywhere.
  Five years no employment for physician Assistants , yet most Health center are lacking physician Assistants, nurses overburdened with their role as nurses and adding the role of physician Assistants to it yet no incentive for the extra work done. This country is sick and the leaders have to wake up.
  In the health setting every profession matters, Physician Assistants, nurses, Doctors, lab technicians , physiotherapist etc
  Sick country employing only medical Doctors every year failing to realize that the health system needs a balance of staff to achieve universal health coverage.
  Until the leaders realize the health system is under colonization, achieving universal health coverage by 2030 will be impossible.
  Most Health center have no physician Assistants ,no laboratory not to talk of laboratory technician and we claim we are practicing evidence based medicine.
