Unfortunate educational planning
They seem to be ruling with lies and bullying tactics and not finesse and planning. Everything is basaa. It is obvious there was no adequate planning for this policy and implementation has even been worse.

ANY GOOD LEADERS SOLVES PROBLEMS!!!
It is impossible to envisage all the problems of any project before undertaking it. No matter how slow NDC would have rolled out the Free SHS, there would still be problems. I wish they maintain the Double-Track system to all
