There will be some challenges but that should not stop the government to go ahead and issue the National ID. Look at the US, it one of the advance nation on the planet but people duplicate all their documents, money etc. It is up to the government to be vigilant and arrest the would-be criminals and prosecute them. How many non-Ghanaians use our passport and should we stop using it just because it falls into the wrong hands? Hell no.
