We need psychiatric hospitals in all the 10 regions of Ghana. It has been noted that mad people in the three regions of the north are the cause of bush fires in the north and so building psychiatric hospitals in such regions will protect the environment and put money in the pockets of rice farmers who lose their produce to such fires.

The Chinese are a clever species and know how to position themselves to maximize profit at any undertaking with other countries. There is no such thing as a free lunch anywhere and our Vice President should thread very carefully with these later day "Trojan Horse" gift from China. Dr. Bawumia is too smart to allow these Chinese chaps to hoodwink him.

The amount is huge enough for the Chinese President Xi Jiaping & the President of Ghana to decide, not the Vice President.

The important issue is he should show us the blueprint of the Memorandum of Understanding for Ghanaians to read it, & take it to parliament for our legislators to read it carefully, before deciding how the 'Sino cash' should be used - whether for building bauxite refinery or construction of psychiatric ward in Accra. Laser eyes are watching critically Dr. Bawumia. No hanky panky business.
