Your "bottom line" should be in caps,
What exactly are you asking the court to do as a "RELIEF" to ALL those who have been
"penalized by the unconstitutional illegality"?

Azar,
You have laid out your arguments very succinctly even the layman with good education cannot fail to understand your reasoning.
In spite of my reservations about your position being too legalistic and not making allowance for how constitutions change through judicial interpretation /review(K.C. Wheare: Constitutions), being one of the 4 main means Constitutions change over time, I have to plumb for your argument that the learned judges in this case exceeded their powers of interpretation by granting that relief to the General Council to continue in their illegality for one more semester! It is simply outrageous.
I will contribute $200 should you want to go back back to the SC to challenge their order for a review to grant your reliefs.
Kudos! The lawlessness in Ghana by public officials MUST BE STOPPED!

Azar, I am finding it difficult to understand the Supreme Court's failure to stop the unconstitutional act regarding the arrangement for the 2017 admission, particularly the two quotes below.
"Indeed, some of these students have since October 2015 been on the program and are now in the final phase of the program preparatory towards being enrolled at the Ghana Bar in October 2017 while others are about to finish the first of the two years and have finished writing the examinations of the first semester".
"To make an order annulling admissions founded upon the examination and interview that such students were compelled to take at the direction of the Council would result in occasioning uncommon inconvenience and hardship to them and result in a miscarriage of justice".
Where lies the miscarriage of justice had the Supreme Court ordered the Legal Council to allow all LLB holders who are eligible to be considered for the 2017 admission? How would those already in the system suffer miscarriage of justice since they would still be eligible?
By their failure has the SC not visited miscarriage of justice on all qualified LLB holders who would be denied admission in 2017 because of an unconstitutional act at the behest of the Supreme Court? It's only in Ghana that a Supreme Court would ruled that an act is unconstitutional yet allow that same act to be perpetrated at least for one more time.
