I am surprised at this new stance of the NPA capo. My simple question is if information on the transaction had not leaked and the two companies finished selling the products on the blind side of the NPA, what would have happened to our taxes? Again, is the NPA capo suggesting to us that even if you know what to do (eg getting all the permits to open a common filling station)in some remote area you can deliberately go ahead to raise it, start business before you go in for regularization? It's a pity. Your initial input in this matter was assuring, but it appears your hands have been twisted.
