    EDUCATION SHOULD BE FREE FROM KINDERGARTEN TO SHS FINALS.
    SO PUPILS WHO DON'T PASS AND/OR REPEAT WOULD NEVER ENJOY/BENEFIT.THATS CHEAT.

    schools in rural are not having text books no teacher s note book parents are paying fees like exam pta textbooks in free public schools so is that how the Free shss going t be?
