The problem seems to be the minority leader of the opposition party who happens to be a lawyer. Indeed from his statements within the context of the facts, one cannot but conclude, the NDC party is in serious trouble and there is a huge problem in there which is impacting Ghana's multiparty democracy and the kind of intellectual engagement which is should be expected of an opposition party to propel Ghana's development. It must be stated it is a worrying development, very, very worrying.
