Rawlings is evil and has shown it in any number of ways; he killed without remorse, mistreated Ghanaians including mothers at makola without regret and lies about probity, accountability and transparency while he colluded with the wife to steal government property, private property and even accepted bribe money from a Nigerian politician; monies stolen from the Nigerian government. Rawlings is and has been the standard for so many Ghanaians which has made politics in Ghana to not know civility and or have foresight. After all Rawlings got away with a whole lot and lives as a statesman to many others. Nana Akufo-Addo's markers are set by his pal Rawlings hence the ostrich stance of the Nana administration.
