Im sure if the us halts the military drills with the South Korea, the North will surely halt their Nuclear Programs too. its simple, the US should get it.

Built with reinforced concrete and steel and lies a couple of kilometres underground. It very deep. Add a myriad of tunnels to it, They have all their weapon systems targeted at Seoul and Tokyo with Seoul being particularly vulnerable. It lies just 45km from the DMZ. The North can over run it in a couple of hours if war breaks out.
