Bankers receive loan applications all the time from people and organizations but they choose which to lend to based on their risk perception or integrity of the applicant. If the IMF perceive's the NPP Government as having more credibility than NDC, then sure they can accede to their requests even if they rejected same for an NDC Government they might have perceived as being corrupt and lacking credibility.I Mean how do you expect IMF to trust a Government that builds a $15 million "mansion" for its Vice President whilst borrowing $900 million over 3 years??

it is simple - when you go to IMF, they have standard rules to apply to the latter
but when they come to you , they negotiate a deal on both rules.
NDC economical team are weak in thinking about the standard of living about the people and are not sensitive about the ordinary life at all.
IMF is not a dictator but trade on ideas to have a common grounds to get statistic growth or decline.
NDC prior to the program chose a rapid hard growth which in actual facts put much pressure on the life of ghanaians.
NPP economical team are looking for a deal that would slow the growth of the economy but will ease out some pressure from the people.
onething NDC economical team should understand is that in building up a national economy even 1% growth is meaningful and better than 10% growth that will cage hardship on the people.
when you meet IMF they always test your sensitivity about your people, your growth objectives and how your plans are to achieve them before coming out with a plan to help you reached the set bars .
there are a lot of waste in the system, i dont know if authorities read the auditor general report, may be they ignore the report because they are all doing the same thing, if not it doesnt make any sense to borrow money to invest in a sinking pot.
Ato forson should advise his ndc friends to be sensitive and learn slow growth than hard growth that put everything under attack
