Ghanafor like begging too much. The punishment should be a deterrent. Begging is not a good precedent. If you dont want to sack gim from parliament then consider things like (1) 1- 3 months suspension from parliament (2) pay a fine of $10,000 to any charity organization e.g Osu children's home (3) Do community service for about 100 hours for a charity organization (4) unable to talk in parliament for 6 months.

Ghanaians love "Gyae ma nonka dodo !!!!!! If we refuse to play by the rules, our society cannot prosper at all. We have laws, rules and regulations and whoever transgresses them should be sanctioned. Why some are punished and others not?....2 speed-gears in our society. Nana was elected to put things right and it's only respecting his commitments that the society can be cleaned of unlawlessness, corruption and what have you.If Ayariga was found culpable, in the name of what should he be exempted from sanctions?????4 legs good and 2 legs bad as like in the George Orwell's Animals Farm? This is not a political vendetta or witch-hunt
If we do that then we'll be setting a very bad precedent and the next time, you cannot punish the man who causes financial loss to the state or attempts to sabotage other legislative, or executive institutions because he knows he would be left alone.
I am for sanctions however it would be; that's my take.

Don't wrongfully qoute Jesus, because the prostitue accept her sin that is why Jesus told her go and sin no more.
Ayariga did not accept his guilty and the biased investigation did not proved that the MPs were not bribed either, but according to their prejuidice findings Ayariga can not subtantiated his allegation. What the majority deeemd expedient or truth does not prove its expediency or truth. Truth is a dream except if the dream becomes true.
How can someone in a democratic dispensation forced to apologised?.
If the speaker knows that he has done due deligence he should have applied the maximum sanction without intimidation.
Because the speaker wants to put all his malicious intention, corruption and mediocre performances behind him he is intimidating Ayariga to apologised.
Whether Ayriga apoligised or not the discerning Ghanaian's Know your true colours.

Folks, I could go on and on listing Ayarigahs arrogant transgressions. Ayarigahs contemptuous reality denying transgressions on the bribery scandal brouhaha is an out rage. Not only that, Ayariga's display of total disrespect to the speaker of parliament should not be allowed to stand.
Is Ayarigah's sense if righteous indignation on this matter justified? A hundered times NO. I say throw Ayarigahnout because even the Supreme Court can not do fokko under the political question doctrine.
In order to gain full control of the house, the speaker must put his foot down and grow some cojones to jettison Ayarigah out of parliament. After all, the speaker gave Ayarigah two opportunities, yet Ayarigah kept coming back to show blatant disrespect for the speaker. When Ayarigah told the speaker that he had intentions of respecting the speaker, it meant he didn't really respect the speaker. The legislature is a place for serious business, not a house for pulling pranks.
I love Baako dearly, but Kweku is definitely wrong on this one. Ayarigah can feign ignorance all he wants that he was not the one who did anything wrong. The writing is on the writing is definitely on the wall. He maligned Boakye Agyarko and Sir Joe Wise without providing a scintilla of evidence. If Ayarigah does not possess any sense of decency to realize his wrong doing and offer an apology to those he has offended, then the only way out for Ayarigah is the exit door.

Kwaku Dont be silly and a hypocrite. You are too clever to make such daming statement.
Under no circumstance can the speaker expel Ayariga. Ayariga was elected by his constituency to represent them, he wasn't appointed. Note that, the Speaker is a the President's appointee.
Note that The Speaker of parliament was nominated by the Executive, not by the people. This negates separation of powers in a true democracy.
