You should expect serious fight back because u are about to strip off 2,500,000 Ghanaians of their work. You should expect some doubts from government because 30% of its revenue from Gold will be lost.
We need better regulations and government cooperation to train and certify alluvial miners.
We have forest guards for our forest, where are the mineral resources guards?
It is a fact the dangers of small scale mining have degenerated into threats to our future but we need to think differently to solve this canker?

I took me years to realize that Africans are very selfish. We always think about our immediate gains for only ourselves and immediate families, the country doesn't matter. That has been the mantra of African leaders. Now, it is a trickle down concept for ordinary individual on the continent. Our leaders will have to wake up and stop corruption, excessive, greed, and selfishness. Who takes a U-haul or anything into the grave?
