    The ordinary police cannot arrest soldiers. They must be arrested by the military police.

    That is what Ghanaian soldiers does best; beating up unarmed civilians.... its only in Africa where acts such as these can go unpunished. Indiscipline at its best go to war an d stop this nonsense
