Celebration of national independence which logically is an international cum national matter was sorrowfully and foolishly taken to a village level by the primitve twi speaking so called concert group. Ghana has national cultural troupe that can offer better drama in English to portray whatever needed to done to entertain the public.
Just because of tribalism and foolish political directors of the NPP typical tribal bigotry based on village oriented mentality so the Agya Koo and his typical village show of which not everybody understands was forced to be the centre of the game which failed terribly because there was nothing clear to the public. Inshort why are the twi people forcing to implement twi programs by force. Ghana is not a twi speaking nation.
This stupid and village character has brought disgrace to Ghana in overseas bevause the twi speaking people even speak twi with Nigerians, Jamaicans, and even Indians who do not understand TWI. This is the answer l posted to a guy who suggested that Our new government is made up of people from the villages, So how is Accra still embedded in this shameful practices of open and coastal defecations for all these years when we always hear mayors, political leaders and citizens who grew up in Accra claim to be more civilized than the people from other parts of Ghana.? This practice is shameful, crude and disgusting and needs to be faced out with immediate effect.
You see civilized people don't talk like you, l wonder where you grew up with this kind of mindset, l know it's Accra of course, but if you come across our children who grew up in Ghana and in the western countries, just listen to them and learn something that will guide you for the rest of your life.
