i strongly believe in Nana's policy as every district is unique in its own way. However, its implementation needs total planning first and foremost to avoid any foreign partners if our cedi is to grow stronger, secondly, it must start with the 3 Northern regions to curb the rural/Urban migration and thirdly the amount of Ghc450M must be for the first two years allocated to only these 3 regions ( Ghc150/ Region). The southern Sector must be avoided in the first 2 years of Nana's administration inorder to inject enough funds for the northern sector. As said earlier, the project must be based on curbing Rural/Urban or Northern/Southern migration. If this is done properly, the possibility of foreign grant to support it will be heighten i believe. Caution must be taken in spreading thinly this amount of Ghc450M among 216 districts
Furthermore, we must be sure that whatever the industries are going to be, foreign imports to support must not in anyway exceed 10% of local raw materials, we must think about our local currency to make it stronger with this industralising drive, a brilliant idea if implemented with total commitment and the needed support.
