    Let's remember that SHS is about second circle education.I don't understand why the author is comparing Tertiary education to SHS.
    I would suggest that we must put emphasis on Science and Technology at the secondary level.

    But Obrempong could've cut out all the appeals to the reader to bear with him. As a journalist you should've known better than that. For instance, the first two paragraphs should've been edited out.
