The partisan S.C. has disgraced the nation. The matter is that Alfred Agbesi Woyome's case traveled from the Supreme, High and Appeal courts all initiated by the state which lost.
I believe that the ruling by the Supreme Court that the contract was not ratified by parliament, thus not binding was an abuse of the human right of Alfred Woyome.
The fact is that a person or company which has a contract with the state does not have any power to take the contract to parliament to be ratified, that is an authority granted to the state institution or ministry that awarded the contract.
