  and a Head office in Accra.Rawlings closed the Head Office in Accra to Collapsed all the 16 Divisions in a day, just like that in the early 1980's for reason unknown to this day; except himself. Imagine the number of workers rendered redundant in a day!.
  In the early stages of his disgruentled take over of govt, Rawlings Sacked all Sanitation Worker in the Country(all). indefinitely without reinstatement to this day,etc,etc.
