Two wrongs never make a right, so just because someone people elsewhere did it doesn't mean it is right. Prudence demand that quotes should be indicated to appreciate the originator, else copyrights won't be necessary.
However it is sad to note that, when the Ghanaian Elephant start moving it gives no cognizance to its environs, destroying all in its way, rejecting criticism and often referring to mistakes of others to right its wrongs.
