This is a clear indication of the npp's inability to pay allowances for these students and will find any means necessary to deceive the people of Ghana. Why 60% and where will the 40 go? That was why the expansion in infrastructure was necessary. President Mahana and the ndc paid dearly for this policy initiative and our siblings in the npp said they will restore it. A days into office and what are they telling us? Please honour your promise and stop this deception. Anyway, discerning minds are watching.

Are we going backwards or what, Mr policy defender. We shall know if that policy will be acceptable. I did argue that some of those crying for allowances would not have been in the tertiary institutions but for the open door policy of NDC but I was insulted for saying the truth. It has come to pass. Stay at home and request for your allowance when you fail to get admission. Ghanaians don't reason. How rich is Ghana to give everything free? Are we in a communist country?

This commission was formed in former Prez. Kufour's time. There are a lot to learn from it. Is about 2 yrs KG, 6 yrs primary, 3 yrs JHS and SHS respectively and 3yrs tertiary for nurses and teachers, 4yrs University. No allowances to increase the admission in those institutions.
