And after it has been truly ascertained the facility has reverted back to the State, maybe the Akufo Addo NPP govt would want to look at how some designated parts of these facilities can serve to educate Ghanaians and other tourists, the history behind those residencies just like the White House in the US, which has designated areas and places where members of the public can tour.
The Peoples Residence should not be an insular fortress like the home of diehard criminals in a maximum security prison or are they?
That is another form of humanizing the Presidency and bringing it into much closer contact with the people.
It should not be facilities to be stolen at will and at the whims and caprices of misguided elements who can conveniently be described as thieving pirates of the Republic.
Ghana must preserve it's history and Looter Mahama of all people must know that.

Per the regulations governing Remotely piloted aircraft systems (RPAS) or drones in Ghana (Ghana Civil Aviation (Safety) Regulations, 2011, L.I. 2000. GCAD Part 28), Operators of RPAS are forbidden from flying in restricted, prohibited, danger areas and Special Use Areas (SUA) as published in the Ghana Aeronautical Information Publication (AIP), without prior authorisation from the Authority and any other relevant Governmental agencies.
Normally residents of the president or other high value government locations may be designated as such and will require special permissions for over-flights by any form of aircraft or aerial vehicle.
The entity to take action against Multi-media is the Ghana Civil Aviation Authority (GCAA) if such permissions were not granted per the law.
This lawyer must acquaint himself with the relevant provisions that regulate RPAS operations (GCAD Part 28) before "shooting his mouth".
However, no approvals granted to an RPAS Operator by the GCAA shall relieve a drone operator (s) of its duty to comply with any other laws or regulations of other relevant Governmental agencies.
Therefore if Multi-Media did not get other relevant permission from National Security or law enforcement agencies, then there could be issues apart from the breach of airspace.
In my opinion, issues of privacy may be subjective and aerial reconnaissance duly authorized will always present "privacy" issues and I guess the legal system will have to give clarity on where public interest and right to information ends and personal privacy commences.
As long as Multi-Media satisfied the terms of any special provisions outlined in an over-flight authorization such as not flying more than 400 feet AGL, maintaining visual line of sight (VLOS) and having certified drone pilots and observers to operate drones, I guess it may be difficult to establish a prima facie case.
