Let us pray that if the story is true, then it has been disclosed to the transition team. But why import such a great number of such expensive cars at this time? The matter should be investigated and questions asked, for which answers must be obtained. My suspicion is that some powerful people in the outgoing government or people linked to them, imported the vehicles, wanting to clear them duty-free, and later sell same at great profit. It may not have been bought from public funds, but from private funds, hoping to use government links to avoid import duties. Whichever angle one looks at it from, some corrupt lot wanted to pull a fast one on Ghanaians one final time.
