    Either the Ministry of Health or the incoming NPP administration must make it a point of urgent need to investigate this allegation which if it turns out to be true, can have long term negative repercussions on the hospital.

    Yes, buildings have collapsed before. Architects, Engineers and all construction specialists have all signed off on these drawings prior to construction, thus making them legally liable.
