Also, one of the hallmarks true scholarship, is to know your audience. As a so-called Professor of English, you should be the first to know that when addressing mass audience, you don’t necessarily have to assemble every vocabulary in your repertoire, just to impress. Of course, there is time and place for academic language but the way you throw words about smacks lack of maturity.
Oh! And I thought you knew the meaning of ‘landslide’ victory. The last time I checked, 46.15% of the electorate didn’t vote for Nana Addo. Do you seriously call that ‘landslide’ in your warp world? Again, you guys need to be careful. Nana may be an astute politician but please, don’t propel him to some demi-god, tossing some magic wand, suddenly capable of solving all the problems in the country.
