    NPP IS DRAGGING IT FEET ON THIS BILL BECAUSE THEY KNOW VERY WELL THE IMPLICATIONS FOR THEM AS THE IN COMING GOVERNMENT WITH THE SOLE AIM OF LOOTING THE NATIONS COFFERS.. SHAME ON THEM.

    No good talking about the Rule of Law in Ghana, when there is no RTI by law which can be enforced to save loss of PUBLIC FINANCE.

    FORWARD ever is a self-evident truth, which must be respected and upheld by all.
