The problem for Ghana is, "majority leader Alban Bagbin", and his NDC party have practically been saying the same thing the last 4 years, the last 8 years. Alban Bagbin would say the same thing every month the next 4 years too. But they got defeated at the polls...THEREFORE...given the lessons of history...and Mahama's unethical appointment of the new Chief for CHRAJ, etc., no sane, reasonable mind can expect the in-coming NPP government to agree to a Mahama version of a so-called Right to Information Bill. It does not make sense! It ain't gonna happen under Mahama of Bole!..." (Prof Lungu, 26 Dec 16).

The citizens must demonstrate against the delay and counter accusations between the two parties to get the bill passed. Is the only way the populace can hold the country's politicians to ransom. My problem is with Mahama and the NDC, the NDC think Ghanaians are stupid or what? What is their hurry to pass the RTI bill now? Is it because,they know they are nolonger in government,so we must sign it syndrome?
The whole bunch of the NDC are criminals,and the NPP are the next power and should not allow the NDC to dictate to them. They should wait with the RTI Bill.

No good talking about the Rule of Law in Ghana, when there is no RTI by law which can be enforced to save loss of PUBLIC FINANCE.
